What are Jack's tips for being successful while using his football picks?
Fat Jack's Guidelines for Success:
Bet the same amount on every selection to help maintain consistency.
Avoid betting different amounts and refrain from using a "rating/star" system for selections.
Playing the "Opinions" is optional, consider only wagering half of the amount typically played on football selections if you choose to do so.
How do you recommend I wager on pre-season football?
Pre-season selections are free and are provided as a bonus to our members. For an average football game where you bet $200, we recommend betting $50 on each pre-season selection. Please note that pre-season selections are not included in the seasonal performance record and should be played at your own risk.
How do I handle wagering on basketball?
Betting on basketball can be unpredictable, leading to significant fluctuations. Our basketball package prices take this into account, so if you feel the need to take a break, please do. It's important not to change the amount you bet on each game — wager the same amount on every selection. We don't offer "rate/star" selections. Jack advises betting half of your usual football wager amount on basketball selections.
Do all selections come with a line?
Yes, all our selections include a line to serve as a guide. These lines are based on the current line at the time we send out the selections, aiming to get them to you as early as possible so you can secure the best lines available. However, it's ultimately your responsibility to get the best line when placing your bets.
What do I do if the line moves?
If the line is less than 2.5 points of the line Fat Jack references with his pick- Play it. If the line is more than 2.5 points of the line Fat Jack references with his pick- Play half.
How does Jack determine the win/loss record?
Our game grading process is based on the most available lines leading up to kickoff/tip-off. However, the exact line sent out with the selections may differ. Selections are often sent out days before the game, so please expect line movements as game time approaches. Act accordingly.
